Pro tips for the congress app
While your get all the program data and event infos with you app here read here a few tips for how to get the most out of your app:
Log In – and benefit from all services you can use the same E-materials account for the app that you use for the Program Planner and the E-materials Portal. All systems are interlinked.
Tag slides – Follow along in sessions. Depending on when we get the speakers’ presentations and consent by the speakers you can already review slides while they are presented on your congress app. New in 2017 the congress app allows you to select (tag) single slides and make comments for each slides. Access the e-materials module in the congress app.
You can see your tagged slides and slide comments in the Summary Builder module at the E-materials portal .
Ask questions during sessions, get feedback by the faculty later – deepen your learning by engaging online with the faculty. Click on Dialogues at each Presentation Details Page in the app and you can submit questions or comments. In some lecture rooms (Hall 10) questions will be shown on screen after each session. We hope you will enrich the discussion for all delegates by participating in the online exchange.
Need a room for your own small meetings or do you want to find experts among all delegates to discuss a certain topic – you can now set up your own meetings via the new ‘Meeting on the Go’ module. Just block an available time and room (three rooms are available in the exhibition hall). You can define the meeting as closed and you need to invite your peers and colleagues yourself, or you can submit an open meeting and invite anyone among the delegates who has that expertise that you are looking for. Click on the Meeting on the Go icon on the app homepage.
